The Global Geodetic Observing System (GGOS) of the International Association of Geodesy (IAG) and the International Lithosphere Program (ILP) Regional Co- ordination Committee DynaQlim invites scientists and experts to participate in the Joint DynaQlim/GGOS workshop "Understanding Glacial Isostatic Adjustment" to be held in Espoo, Finland June 23-26, 2009.

Registration and abstract submission

The Deadline for registration and abstract submission was June 7, 2009.

Participation fee is 170 Euros (80 Euros for an accompanying person), including coffee breaks, lunches, welcome party, conference dinner, abstract booklet (for the accompanying person, welcome party and the conference dinner).

You can pay either with a bank transfer or cash on the venue (please specify when registrating).

If using the bank transfer, the payment is due to June 10 to ensure that we’ll have your payment in our records before the meeting.
Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards.  Cancellation of the registration before June 10, the payment will be refunded minus the transfer costs to your bank account. After June 10 no refund can be made. In case of no cancellation, no payment and no-show, the full fee will be charged afterwards.

Maximum length of an abstract is 1 A4 (approx. 500 words). Please use the form provided. With submission of an abstract you agree to post it on the DynaQlim and GGOS web pages.

We plan to have a special issue on the Physics and Chemistry of the Earth. Instructions and deadlines for submission of full papers will be given later.
